In addition, you must not: (i) take any action that imposes or will impose (as determined by the company at its discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the company or its third party providers of the infrastructure, (ii) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or any activities performed on the Service, (iii) use any measures to prevent or restrict access to the Service or other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service; (iv) perform Maillist, Listserv, any form of automatic response or "spam" on the Service, or (v) the manual or automatic use of software, devices or other "crawl" or "spider" processes of any Site page. You shall not, directly or indirectly: (i) decrypt, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or attempt to obtain any source code or underlying ideas or algorithms from any part of the Site, (ii) modify, translate or create derivative works of any part of the Site; or (iii) copy, rent, lease, distribute or transfer any of the rights you receive thereunder. You must abide by all local, state, national and international laws and regulations.
Doare.org does not warrant that any User Content or Materials, as defined below, will be made available on the Site or through the Service. The Site has no obligation to monitor the content of the site, service or User Material. However, you reserve the right to (i) remove, edit or modify any content in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, any User Material, the Site or Service at any time without notice and for any reason including , but not limited to, by receiving complaints or denunciations from third parties or authorities related to the content; and, (ii) to remove or block any User Material.
