Required Data

ORGANIZATION MANAGER: Name of the Organization, Name of the Responsible Party, E-mail of professional use, Password of access.

DONOR: Full Name, CPF, State, City, Contact E-mail, Password.

We respect your right to privacy, therefore, we do not provide your name or any personal information of yours to a third party.

Doare uses the MoIP payment gateway services to process your financial transactions. MoIP is a highly secure service with PCI (Information Security Program) certification. At no time will we know or store your credit card or bank account information.

In other words...

We request the least amount of information possible to make your life easier and to prevent fraud. Your payment data goes straight to the gateway to process the payment and we do not have access to them.

Receiving e-mails

When you create a Doare account, either through email or social networking login, you agree to receive Doare emails as follows:

ORGANIZATION MANAGER
Newsletter common to all Doare accounts;
Follow-up of donations for organization page;
Notices, notices and suggestions for actions;
Renewal of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

DONOR
Newsletter common to all of Doare;
Notifications from supported campaigns or organizations;
Campaign monitoring;
Notices, notices and suggestions for actions;
Renewal of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

In other words...

We'll keep you informed of relevant things without being annoying or repetitive.

Receive Settings

Any user of any type who wants to change which type of email you want to receive can go to the Administrative Panel to select the desired receipts. If this area is not available, we ask you to send an email to privacy@doare.org informing you of your registration email and how you would like your reception preferences.

For complete cancellation of receiving emails, you can also find this option in the Administrative Panel and at the end of all received messages there will be a link in the email footer. If none of the options are available, we ask that you send an email to unsubscribe@doare.org informing you of your registration and option email.

In other words...

You can regulate how we send you e-mail, through the Administrative Panel or simply sending us an e-mail.

Disclosure of e-mail to third parties

We will not normally provide your email to third parties. However, this may happen in a sponsored campaign or special action. In such cases, we will request you prior authorization, at the time of donation or other forms of participation.

In other words...

You will only receive emails from others if it is for a good cause. Even then, you can still choose whether or not to do so.

Security

Doare uses cookies to help you recognize you as a visitor and to obtain traffic patterns on our site.

Doare can obtain IP addresses from users. We will use this information to monitor and prevent fraud, diagnose problems, and (anonymously) estimate demographic information.

We use a variety of security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. Your personal information is stored behind firewalls and is only accessible by a limited number of people who are required to keep the information confidential.

We use a secure server to perform financial transaction requests to the gateway through a GeoTrust 256-bit SSL certificate encrypted channel.

We care enough about your safety, really. You do not have anyone here! We are very well protected!

Volunteer Disclosure

Any personal information or content voluntarily disclosed by you in public areas may be collected and used by other users. You must be careful before disclosing your personal information through these public places.

In other words...

Do not go around passing your data in the public spaces of the website. It's the same thing as yelling your phone in the middle of a square! There's no way to stop people from taking note...

Privacy Policy Update

Doare reserves the right to update its privacy policy at any time. Information about the updates will be sent to the email address provided or will be placed in the prominent place of the site.

Doare also reserves the right to disclose your personal information as required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights. To modify or delete any or all of the personal information you provided to us, please log in and update your profile.
